Not all booking management software is the same.

There's software for everything these days, promising this and promising that.
How do you know for sure what's going to work for you in the years to come?

Imagine.

You think you've found the ideal booking management system for your agency.

You add your artists, fill up your address book and place the bookings,
make contracts and generate invoices.
That takes quite some time right?

Anyway, after a month or two you're really getting the hang of the your new system,
until one day you start coming up with ideas of your own:

  • an extra field for xxx would be handy
  • I need to be able to do this AND that
  • Yeah, but here we call it GST not VAT (I hear that one quite often)
  • wouldn't it be great if it could xxx
  • etc. etc....

With desktop software and "one-size-fits-all" subscription services you can only hope that the developer will choose to add the function in one of the future updates (and hope that all other user of the system will benefit too).

Or, you could choose a bookings management system that gives you the freedom to run your business the way you want to, both now, and in the future.
